See where your team stands and what they need from you next

Each person's expectations sit next to their results, alongside the commitments running both ways, so feedback and recognition start from something real. Step back and the whole team comes into view: where people could use you, and where the work is going well.

It's all in there… somewhere.

Some weeks get written up, many don't, and every doc develops into a unique mess. You end up managing from memory, hoping you haven't missed something critical.

You planned to write it up right after your meeting, but the week got away from you.

After two 1:1s with Maya, nothing made it into your shared doc, including those major action items that need your attention.

Maya's weekly meeting is in five minutes. You know there was a key customer issue you need to follow up on.

So now, you're scrolling back through last month's notes, trying to find it.

Performance review time means six months, rebuilt from half-memory, one person at a time.

Looking at your 7 blank reviews really means hours of scrolling through multiple note docs, chat threads, and whatever data you can cobble together to help paint the picture.

Your boss asks how the team's doing. You have 7 messy pages and a gut feeling.

Each doc sees one person. None of them can tell you who's stretched, who's ready for more, or where the team needs help next.

Why I built it

I’ve been leading people for over a decade: teams of 3 and teams of 23, managers of other managers, people in their first job and people who’d been in their field for more than 20 years. Along the way, I’ve been obsessed with getting better at it, and I’ve tried more systems than I’d like to admit. I built this with the hope is that it becomes more than a piece of software, but also a way of managing that helps a lot of people be better at this than I was when I started.

Maya: “No, I’m good.”

She stops asking about the promotion, and it starts to look settled.

One view of the quarter, built from what you wrote down, so your attention goes where it counts.

Maya's launch slipped, Priya's working weekends and Sam's goal went quiet. That's where this week goes.

James hit his goal and ran Northwind on his own. Priya handled three escalations. Say so while it's fresh.

Maya and Sam are both waiting on an answer from you. Nina wants to try leading.
